How to cancel a subscription, when it takes effect, and what happens after. To submit a request directly, use the cancellation form.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, in any of these ways:
A real person reviews every cancellation request. We confirm cancellations by email within one business day.
Cancellations are processed within one business day of receipt. Once confirmed: no further shipments are sent, you are not billed again for that subscription, and any product already shipped is yours to keep, subject to our Return Policy.
To avoid being billed for the next shipment, cancel at least one full business day before your next scheduled rebill date, shown in your order confirmation email. Requests submitted on or after the rebill date may not be processed in time to stop that shipment.
If you were charged after submitting a cancellation request, contact [email protected]. We will refund the charge in full once we confirm the request preceded the rebill.

If you want a break rather than a full cancellation, contact us and we can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days. You are not billed during the pause, and it resumes automatically afterward unless you tell us otherwise.
